Hey Parry.
No need to worry. Nurturing is your #1 priority. You can do it harsh, or soft, but a balance is always good. Children learn regardless of their parents eventually. What you can do is to do it out of love, and make it known to them that they are loved. Everything else is secondary.

Some notes to add on "Leadership" Stuart...

Read this in "Leader who had no title" - Robin Sharma! The para talks about how to be a leader though you have no title called a "Leader". The concept comes from the fact that with title comes power, but once the title is taken away, you lose the power as well!

- Every one of us alive in this moment has the power to go to work each day and express the Absolute Best within us and you don't need a title to do that.

- Every one of us alive today has the power to inspire, influence and elevate each person we meet by a gift of a great example and you don't need a title to do that.

- Every one of us alive can passionately drive positive change in the face of negative conditions and you don't need a title to do that.

- Every one of us alive to the truth about leadership can treat all stake holders with respect, appreciation and kindness - and in doing so raise the organizations culture to Best of Breed and you don't need a title to do that!

Lead without a Title!
