What is Executive Coaching?
Most people seek new direction in their career and business when they find that their skills are limited and need guidance in various areas. Often this comes about due to a realization of limited resources and knowledge or uncertainty with plans and direction.
Most organizations do not have formal coaching made available for all levels of employees. A lot of the time the coaching is only for those of a higher level such as directors and VPs and above.
Coaching is essential for anyone who wants to have better clarity and learn how to move forward toward their goals. Even if you are starting a new career, taking on a new responsibility or planning to achieve something in the near future. The support you get will allow you to voice your opinions, consider possibilities and establish plans of action that lead you toward the desired future you choose.
Primary Target: new managing directors, chief level officers or senior managers and directors who need insight into their own development.
Secondary Target: those who are coming into the job market and want a clearer insight as to what careers will fit them best; those who are already in the workforce but not certain if they are performing at their optimum.
Areas: business strategy, personal/career development and interpersonal matters within the organization.
Time Frame: 4 sessions, one hour per week (extendable)
